Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
• Engage with current and potential customers to showcase the technical solutions and advantages of the Ajax system.
• Train technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to enhance their product and technology knowledge.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Provide technical consultation and support to Ajax’s partners, promoting product solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key company partners.
• Test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree in IT or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or related areas.
• Excellent knowledge of Intrusion Systems, Analogue and IP CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to business trips and trade shows.
• Proficiency in understanding and explaining complex technical concepts.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
