Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing of which at least 1 year in online marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Experience in running successfully ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Proven experience in conversation / moderation on social media – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn but also in online media in general
  • Strong written communication skills copywriting skills (blogger Experienced it’s a plus).

  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • Experience managing promotional budgets
  • Ability to create graphic illustrations of complex data using Adobe InDesign software

Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns
  • Responsible for the placements and the negotiation of price for all the ad placements for specific favourite sites
  • Ensure all media inventory (times, days, lengths and sizes of placements) is purchased within budget and that advertisements are seen by the most people possible for that target audience within budget
  • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
  • Proofread, and edit creative and technical content and promote it in social media, through blogs, article posts, etc
  • Brainstorm with team members new methods to promote the company’s image
  • Gather and analyse information on customer needs and preferences, as well as demographics and buying habits, with the goal of identifying potential markets for sales
  • Search external partners for various project and negotiate the entire collaboration (deadlines, fees, deliverables, etc)
  • Forecast and track trends in marketing and sales, monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
