Role Overview
We are seeking a solution-oriented engineer passionate about building digital products that solve real business problems for Small & Medium Enterprises. The role focuses on developing intelligent business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies, including OpenAI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Build and integrate AI-powered components using APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI Services or similar).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop automation workflows to optimize operational processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational agility.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing solutions (support, change, release cycles).
• Ensure performance, security and compliance standards across developed systems.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• Solid IT background (Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience developing applications or automations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and debugging.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, cognitive services).
• Programming knowledge in one or more languages: JavaScript, C#, Python, PHP or Java.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of security, identity and access management principles.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
