In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting marine projects by ensuring structured planning, transparent reporting, and consistent project visibility. While primarily focused on shipbuilding and refit, you may also support other industrial projects as needed.

• Assist project managers with planning and schedule follow-up on marine projects
• Maintain and update project schedules and progress reports
• Collect, validate, and structure project data from shipyards and sites
• Prepare regular project status and progress reports for stakeholders
• Support PMO standards, templates, and reporting routines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and reporting practices

We are looking for someone with experience or a strong interest in planning, reporting, or PMO work within a project-driven environment, preferably in the marine or shipbuilding sector. You should have:

• Experience in project coordination, planning, reporting, or PMO support
• Interest in marine, shipbuilding, or technical projects
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working with schedules, project data, and reporting tools
• Good communication skills in English
• A structured and reliable way of working

Experience in other industrial or engineering projects is also valued.
