Join Quantum-Systems as a People Specialist and be a pivotal part of our growing team in Bucharest. Collaborate closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership to shape our People organization. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic HR development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for Production.
• Provide operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop, standardize, and enhance recruiting and HR processes.
• Collaborate with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and support labor-related topics.
• Establish HR reporting, KPIs, and management insights.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR, ideally in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of local Labor Law.
• Proven experience in building recruiting structures and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or other Slavic languages is a plus.
