The focus of this position will be to plan and execute paid Internet marketing campaigns. We are seeking a detail-oriented digital advertising and media buying professional. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to increase revenue and have a history of strong ROI working in Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms. As a Facebook Ad Specialist, you’ll implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience running paid campaigns across search and social platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
You will be expected to show resourcefulness, exhibit accountability, and understand the role well enough to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Developing & managing the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns Targeting strategies to reach our audience and researching/refining our customer avatars
Testing variations of ads to determine best performing. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, using data to identify, build and segment audiences and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in Facebook and search campaigns. Write Copy, Optimize campaign bids, budgets, Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences, optimizing campaigns for performance metrics and budget requirements, scaling
Reporting of results - Track, report, and analyze advertising performance
Generating leads and sales
Collaborate with graphic designers to ask for creatives and other marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
WHO YOU ARE:
Facebook Ads Expert - You’re a digital advertising ninja. Your mind is always coming up with new ways of strategizing, executing, tracking and optimizing your digital and social advertising efforts.
Experienced - you are used to handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results and have a proven record of building ad campaign strategies that drive results
You have good written communication skills and you’re a problem solver & creative thinker. You love thinking critically to make things work. You see opportunities where others don’t, you can spot gaps and weaknesses and design solutions to resolve.
You are details-obsessed and organized You have the ability to manipulate small pieces of data with accuracy and focus. You love to fact-check.

THE FOLLOWING ARE A PLUS ( but not requirements)
Knowledge of Google AdWords
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
Familiarity with email marketing (but you won't execute)
Understand foundations of SEO (but you won't execute)
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus.
Ecommerce or fashion experience is a plus
