We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist Central Europe (Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) to join our Marketing team. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring performance and alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with the monthly marketing plan and overall business strategy across all 4 countries
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for each market
• Allocate and manage budgets effectively across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Affiliates
• Coordinate with the media agency for campaign launches, including briefing, setup of targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements
• Ensure proper campaign tracking (pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters)
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop effective ad creatives for each market
• Manage and track advertising budgets to maximize ROI and support monthly sales targets
• Forecast performance and adjust budgets in line with the overall marketing plan
• Apply basic SEO and landing page optimization knowledge to improve campaign results
