Job Description

  • Timely and Accurate Order Processing in SAP;
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that customers’ needs and claims are being dealt with promptly;
  • Claims management;
  • Keeps customer informed about its order executionstatus on daily basis;
  •  Tracking of customer satisfaction measures.


  • French C1 and English C1;
  • Able to work independently and teamwork player;
  • High responsibility and able to work on tight schedules;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
