Responsabilitati principale:

Gestionarea comenzilor de incarcare, descarcare primite de la clienti pentru toate mijloacele de transport;
Gestinarea fluxurilor auto (comercial / operational) in/din Terminal;
Cantarirea marfurilor/mijloacelor de transport ce intra/ies din terminal;
Emiterea documentelor de expeditie pentru marfa ce intra/iese din Terminal indiferent de mijlocul de transport;
Raportarea stocurilor si a volumelor de trafic (auto) catre clientii interni si externi;
Operarea aplicatiilor specifice departamentului (SPA Access, ToS etc.);
Evidenta scriptica si faptica a stocurilor de marfa;
Sa gestioneze conform procedurilor interne contractele elaborate si derulate de catre structura organizatorica coordonata sau incredintate de care superior;
Sa informeze in cazul oricarui incident de securitate (bresa de securitate) persoanele responsabile din cadrul Societatii si sa le acorde suportul necesar;
Sa participe activ la indeplinirea obiectivelor stabilite de catre conducerea companiei (target-uri).

Cerinte:

Experiență pe un post similar - reprezintă un avantaj;
Studii medii/superioare absolvite;
Cunostinte solide de operare in sistemul WMS;
Cunoștințe PC și MS Office - nivel mediu;
Orientare către client și atenție de la detalii;
Bune abilități de comunicare și capacitate de colaborare;
Program in ture;
Pozitie pe perioada determinata (1 an)
