Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Call Center Prospecting Specialist to support both client acquisition and supplier development activities within the electronic components industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect new clients (OEMs, CMs, distributors, manufacturers) to identify purchasing needs and generate sales opportunities
• Contact approved and potential suppliers to request quotations and commercial offers
• Negotiate commercial terms for the procurement and sale of electronic components and peripherals
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and suppliers
• Follow up on offers, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Ensure a constant and reliable supply flow by coordinating orders and monitoring stock availability
• Update CRM and internal systems with accurate call notes, pricing, and pipeline information
• Contribute to revenue growth by turning conversations into long-term business partnerships

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call center, B2B sales, procurement, or a similar role (technical or IT sector is a strong advantage)
• Experience interacting with suppliers and/or business clients, preferably within electronic components or peripherals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and peripherals is considered a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a strong advantage
