Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Call Center Prospecting Specialist to support both client acquisition and supplier development activities within the electronic components industry.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to prospect new clients (OEMs, CMs, distributors, manufacturers) to identify purchasing needs and generate sales opportunities</li><li>Contact approved and potential suppliers to request quotations and commercial offers</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms for the procurement and sale of electronic components and peripherals</li><li>Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and suppliers</li><li>Follow up on offers, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines</li><li>Ensure a constant and reliable supply flow by coordinating orders and monitoring stock availability</li><li>Update CRM and internal systems with accurate call notes, pricing, and pipeline information</li><li>Contribute to revenue growth by turning conversations into long-term business partnerships</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in call center, B2B sales, procurement, or a similar role (technical or IT sector is a strong advantage)</li><li>Experience interacting with suppliers and/or business clients, preferably within electronic components or peripherals</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li><li>Basic knowledge of electronic components and peripherals is considered a plus</li><li>Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems</li><li>English proficiency required; additional languages are a strong advantage</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A friendly and enthusiastic team that values both professionalism and a good sense of humor</li><li>A dynamic, performance-oriented work environment with strong professional development opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary package and attractive benefits</li><li>Great coffee and even better business stories</li></ul> About Chip 1 ExchangeChip 1 Exchange is an industry-leading global hybrid Franchise/Full-Service Distributor of Electronic Components and Peripherals.As a hybrid distributor, we offer both a broad portfolio of franchise lines and access to one of the world’s largest networks of top-quality, factory-original electronic components and peripherals on the open market.Successful trading flows in both directions.
