Recrutare Arad is currently searching for an experienced Operations Manager for one of our partners, a growing manufacturing company specialized in plastic and metal processing located in Arad County.

This role is designed for a senior operational leader who can drive performance, optimize production processes, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s daily operational activities, including production, logistics, and internal processes;
• Drive operational performance and efficiency across the manufacturing operations;
• Monitor and manage key operational KPIs, including productivity, scrap rate, operational efficiency, and production costs, ensuring a strong impact on EBITDA and overall profitability;
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize production flows;
• Coordinate and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between production, quality, and supply chain;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures;
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior operational role such as Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Plant Manager;
• Strong background in manufacturing environments, ideally within plastic or metal processing industries;
• Solid experience in KPI management and operational performance improvement;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills;
• Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach;
• Experience with production planning, operational reporting, and performance management.
