Are you a driven, ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Assistant for Office Management to join our team in Târgu Mureș  and help us achieve our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and appointments with ease and efficiency
• Organize the office layout to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment
• Maintain the office condition and arrange for repairs as necessary
• Collaborate with HR to update and maintain office policies that reflect our inclusive and diverse workplace culture
• Coordinate and manage office operations and procedures, demonstrating excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ensure all invoices are processed and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
• Manage the office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Provide general support to visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable in our office
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with a warm welcome and setting them up for success
• Plan in-house and off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences, that promote team bonding and a positive work culture

Requirements:

• Experience in a law firm, notary office, or as an assistant manager is considered a plus
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with office machines 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a creative mind that can suggest improvements
