Preparation and control of documents needed for goods board crossing;
Monitor invoices and other purchase, sales documents;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, participate in month closing;
Submit and reconcile expense reports;
Provide information by answering questions and requests;
Ensure that documents are scanned and archived;
Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that come up during the process;
Cooperate closely with all departments and managers within the country and in headquarter - to coordinate actions, gather and share information;
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
Be the owner of office procedures and processes.
Five years of experience in an administrative / office management role;
Must have exceptional attention to details;
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
Excellent computers skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
Strong problem - solving skills and analytical abilities;
