What you will be working on:

We are looking for a .NET Developer Team Lead to join our company. The project is a high-performance, high-security web-based solution with a strong politic orientation - PoliticAll.

PoliticAll is a social network focused exclusively on politics. We aim to provide the leading platform for cyber activism.

It has ReactJS on frontend and MobX as state management and . Development is done in .NET , using C# as programming language, MySql database and NoSql database (Cassandra DB).

What you will do:

• Actively participate at improving the processes of the team; take initiatives and lead by example.
• Follow team coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the Digital Project Manager.
• Coding and modifying PoliticAll website + PWA, from layout to function according to the specifications.
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Discover better ways to develop and to improve the performance of web applications.

Requirements &technologies:

• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and delivery of applications in the Microsoft Stack ( .NET Core, WebAPI, MVC, WCF, etc.)
• Good knowledge of OO design and Design Patterns
• Knowlegde of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Knowledge of ReactJS and MobX
• T-SQL and relational database design (MySql)
• NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
• Familiar with Domain Driven Design
• Clean code, code refactoring
• Knowledge in RabbitMQ is a plus
• Knowledge in Elastic Search is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Positive and results oriented attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Team playing attitude
• Willingness to learn and evolve
