Consumer Electronics / IT Devices
Reporting to the CEE Managing Director, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for all the Sales Operation & Administration activities within the Romanian Representative Office, with full P&L responsibility. He/she will particularly focus on the business strategy and channel development in all the country, partnering with the Distributors (and their Dealers), coordinating a small Sales & Service team, and leading the Marketing & Administration activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Business strategy planning, including channel development, Pricing & Sales forecast/budget; reporting to the CEE Managing Director about key issues and sales development.
Supervising employees’ daily work and tasks fulfillment.
Regular visits to distributors and dealers, managing and developing business on all channels.
Marketing and promotional activities on all channels (from the distributor till the consumer).
HR & admin responsibilities (labour contracts, hiring & salary proposal and payment, legal issues, invoices and taxes payments, communication with banks and local institutions…)
Harmonizing the personal action with the support of sales team, which must be driven and led in a dynamic and stimulating context.
Cooperating with the international management, in order to understand the global market situation and trends, and to plan actions to improve the overall Company performance.
Requirements and qualifications:
University degree in Economics or equivalent.
Proven experience within the Consumer Electronics / IT or Telecom Devices sector (B2B or B2C).
Proven experience as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Country Manager, with direct responsibilities for all the activities of a small sales office.
Proven experience in managing distributors and dealers.
Strong commercial understanding.
Financial competence and focus upon KPI setting.
Proactive, practical and hands-on approach in leading a small team.
Excellent drive, judgment and creative insights.
Very fluent Romanian and English.
The position is located in Bucharest. Travel will be required in all the Romanian territory as well as to the group Headquarters.
