The MyPPC App Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing and enhancing the MyPPC mobile application, ensuring it meets the needs of users and aligns with the company's strategic goals. This role involves coordinating app development, user experience optimization, and digital marketing efforts to drive app adoption and customer satisfaction.

Digital Vision and Strategy
Conceptualize elements of digital strategy and digital-enabled business change projects.
Develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation engagements.
Developing and executing an innovative strategy for the myPPC app product (web and mobile) that aligns with the company's overall digitization goals.
Product and Solution Development
Defining the vision for the myPPC product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process.
Continuous documentation of the processes that happen in the private area of the application.
The development and planning of resources for the successful delivery of the development and innovation initiatives of the application addressed to customers with a direct impact on the business objectives.
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Develop and manage the delivery of a plan applicable to the myPPC App product (web & mobile) to evaluate and track business benefits and to identify actions needed to maximize them.
Ensure the app is updated regularly to maintain compatibility with the latest mobile operating systems, trends and technologies.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the app's user experience.
Implement best practices in UX design to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Conduct usability testing to ensure the app meets user needs and expectations.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on the myPPC App product (web & mobile)
Set appropriate performance indicators for team members, both internal and external, and ensures the achievement of them.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Identification of team needs, depending on the organization's projects and the intensification of the depart
Conducting market research and analyzing myPPC App consumer behavior (web & mobile) to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.
Interprets business data that anticipates user needs and and transposes them into product requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with interdepartmental teams to develop and implement the application or develop flows and processes that align with the organization's online positioning and vision.
Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and functionalities based on user feedback and industry trends.
Managing relationships and/or selecting partners and suppliers to ensure the execution of derived projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitoring the performance of implemented processes and flows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app usage and engagement.
Implement analytics tools to monitor process performance and measure customer engagement rate.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the app's performance.
Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
