We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.We are looking for a&nbsp;Content Moderator (Romanian speaker)&nbsp;to join our team in&nbsp;Porto, Portugal. This position is focused on ensuring compliance, safety, and quality of content on a leading e-commerce platform. Candidates must already be located in Porto.About the Role:As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while reviewing content.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and services standards</li><li>Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards</li><li>Ensure policy/legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content</li><li>Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following operating protocols</li><li>Escalate issues to the company in line with established procedures</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Romanian&nbsp;at&nbsp;C2&nbsp;level</li><li>Good command of&nbsp;English (B2)</li><li>Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Solid understanding of e-commerce and ability to handle peak volumes during promotion seasons</li><li>Customer service orientation, empathy, and rational decision making</li><li>Availability to work&nbsp;24/7 rotative shifts&nbsp;(Monday to Sunday, 2 rotating days off)</li></ul>Contract & Conditions:<ul><li>Contract duration:&nbsp;6 months</li><li>Working model:&nbsp;On-site in Porto</li></ul>Salary & Benefits:<ul><li>Base salary:&nbsp;950 € gross/month</li><li>Complexity bonus:&nbsp;150 € gross/month</li><li>Meal allowance:&nbsp;7.23 € net per working day</li><li>Transport allowance:&nbsp;20 € per month</li></ul>For relocating candidates:<ul><li>Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400€ in Economy class,</li><li>Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for users on one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms.Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
