We are looking for a passionate HR professional with minimum 3-5 years experience in Human Resource Area to join our team in Timisoara.

Key accountabilities:

  • Handle a variety of employee’s lifecycle data management transactions related to status and position changes, pending new hires and rehired employees, employee transfers, terminations and global mobility transactions, compensation, pay changes and paperwork including promotions/demotions/transfers, ad hoc wage/salary changes, employee personal information and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures the proper conduct of admin / payroll processes (payroll sessions, personal administration, meal tickets, other benefits according to CCM);
  • Provides support for the collection and verification of timesheet data, together with responsible time administrator, sends to the external payroll service provider the monthly timesheet models and complete information (other salary rights, deductions, etc.) in order performing the salary calculation, according to the internal procedures and the agreed contractual terms;
  • Provides support for verifying the correctness of the salary items included in salary calculation;
  • Ensures the introduction of primary personnel data in the internal system Atos (Nessie People) at the highest quality and in a timely manner, including data of structure, GCM, taxonomy, to provide consistent reporting in time and accurate;
  • Records in time in Atos databases information regarding: employee leave, period of inactivity, contract suspension, any changes of contractual terms;
  • Transmits to the external service provider personal administration & payroll information in order to prepare the documents for the modification of the clauses of the employment contract, in accordance with the internal procedures and according to the agreed contractual terms;
  • Provides advice on tax issues, social contributions, based on local legislation;
  • Provides support and answers to internal customer requests through the internal Atos tools and communication channels used within the Atos company;
  • Ensures the provision of information for compliance with legal provisions, provides proactive consulting, support and tools to the management team for managing administrative issues within the teams;
  • Provide support to internal customers to find the best way to (correctly) implement human resources policies and procedures / admin & payroll;
  • Ensures the transmission of data and human resources reports, monthly, quarterly, annual required, to all applicants (HR, financial, Service Line), in time and at the required quality;
  • Periodically verifies the program established with the external provider of personnel administration and salary services, under the aspect of methodology, in order to ensure the observance of the contractual terms and / or of its negotiated restructuring;
  • Provides support in the implementation / development of HR projects, local and global.
  • Support of the employees in the HR processes and procedures
  • First point of contact for all administrative HR related queries

Desired profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in Human Resources area
  • Good English skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of employment law and personnel administration
  • Experience with SAP or other HR administration tools
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments, follow through, and willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
