We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Material Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement material planning strategies to meet production requirements and customer demands;
• Analyze sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels to determine material requirements;
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays;
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow;
• Generate and analyze reports to track material performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Material Planner or in a similar role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Fixed-term contract for 2 years
