You support our team as Master Data Management Professional.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance for at least two from these areas of activity:  Vendors, Materials, Customers and Prices;
• Verification of master data for completeness, correctness and consistency;
• Support in the development of standards in these areas;
• Data quality monitoring and implementation of data quality measures;
• Issuing basic reports from SAP/Analysis for Excel;         
• Troubleshooting in the different processes regarding master data;
• Providing inventory support: issuing stock reports, analysis and troubleshooting;
• Supporting the on-boarding of new joiners;
• Other master data specific activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in IT is preferred;
• 1-3 years experience with data maintenance and use (preferably Vendor, Customer and Material Master Data);
• Fluent in English, additional German or French language is an advantage;
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes;
• Good knowledge of Excel/ experience with SAP;
• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation;
• Intercultural competence and strong analytical thinking;
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
