The main requirements for this job are:
-Proficient English language user, both written and spoken;

-Proven knowledge / experience of gaming (Poker);
-Knowledge of customer service functions, acquisition and retention;
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
-Ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders and a strong team player;

-Data and performance driven;
-Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation;

Your responsibilitiеs will be:
-Managing the online poker operations and importantly the poker room through tournament and cash game -management, with the aim to enhance revenue growth and overall performance against key KPIs.
-Managing stakeholder relationships with third parties including our poker network provider and key poker affiliates. Align promotional and commercial activity with partners and internal and external stakeholders to maximize impact and revenue.
-Becoming an expert on UK poker players, how they play and their key behaviors to drive revenue growth across the product vertical.
-Managing the promotional and marketing roadmaps and deliver aligned messaging to the customer base across multiple channels, as we move through the calendars.
-Collaborate and work directly with marketing to formulate and execute a strategy, with the focus on enhancing player acquisition and retention.
-Devise and delivers strategies to increase customer loyalty and product usage throughout player life-cycles.
-Works closely with Campaign, Social and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class player journeys, as part of our multi-channel poker offering. Enhancing and augmenting player experience from a multi-channel poker and combined product vertical perspective.
-Drive and support innovation within marketing activity, aligning with the omnichannel poker team and prioritizing change to improve product, supporting the ongoing growth of the digital poker product and the brand.
-Support the delivery of the online qualifiers for the UK’s biggest tournaments in retail. Improve the perception and experience of qualifiers to increase engagement and improve market share.
-Manage and drive performance of the team, ensuring delivery on specific poker site promotions and tournaments to achieve growth in Actives, Rake and Side Game Revenue.
-Track profitability and effectiveness on all spend and campaigns executed for poker.
-Weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders to include analysis and commentary.
-Works with the sponsored pro roster, maximizing their output and impact, working closely with Retail Poker Team to ensure optimal engagement for brand promotion.
-Ensure that training of all operating systems including promotion / loyalty / bonus tool to CRM / Marketing / Affiliates team member’s takes place
