  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills in Romanian and English
  • Knowledge of content marketing and CMS (for website platform) and for Social Media Channels
  • Knowledge of digital media: channels, digital tools for content management, campaigns, KPIs, media buying, retailers etc . and previous experience in marketing  - agencies and / or in corporate field, for at least 3 years in a similar role;
  • Knowledge and practical experience in BTL with proven tracking record or managed projects 
  • Past experiences in retail campaigns, media, or creative agencies are a plus
  • Expertise in MS office suite
  • Good project management skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop concepts for creative campaigns
  • Passion for retail, fashion industry and customer service
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Plan and execute the implementation of campaigns and support for all the projects concerning marketing department
  • Engage all the contacts and negotiation with partners, suppliers and all relevant parties involved in the overall marketing projects planning
  • Measure and optimize campaigns results and give insights for what can be improved
  • Proactively contribute to generate ideas for creative concepts and marketing campaigns
  • Use marketing strategies to push campaigns messages to reach our clients
  • Identify key aspects within market potential together with marketing team to boost sales and traffic
  • Use insight information to promote campaigns developed inside the shopping centre, but also to key targets
  • Elaborate marketing materials (like presentations for general reports)
  • Generate reports for the results of the campaigns (both internally and externally)
  • Maintain relationship with agencies and other suppliers
  • Track and keep record of budget spent for campaigns
  • Daily basis help on preparing plans and evaluations, media investments, setting KPIs, providing with benchmarks, help with presenting results to managers
  • Monitor and optimize marketing activities on weekly basis based on set KPIs to support ROI delivery
  • Follow latest retail trends and implement best practices.
