• Strong command of English, spoken and written
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in crewing, HR, or the maritime field is an advantage
• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role is preferred
