About the Position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join Marelli Ploiesti - Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

This position is based at our office in Marelli Ploiesti Romania SRL.

As the Maintenance Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible to assure reliability of machineries/production lines, to increase profitability of the production process

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Lead and organize maintenance operations for assembly area; injection molding and metal stamping equipment;
• Oversee maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards;
• Ensure effective management of machinery, spare parts, and maintenance budgets;
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing production efficiency;
• Identify the best maintenance strategies according to the priority of the Plant, machines and components (TBM, CBM, BDM);
• Maintenance assistance to the external services;
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage warehouse inventory and indirect materials;
• Promote continuous improvement activities to achieve the highest level of reliability and OEE with minimum costs;
• Ensure proper management and updating of the technical documentation;
• Drive process improvements and support continuous development within the team.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Previous experience in industry, at least 5 years, in a Maintenance and Engineering leadership role ; 
• Advanced mechanical, electrical and technical knowledge;
• Injection knowledge;
• Industrial Automation: general knowledge to manage automated systems;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
• English fluent, additional language is preferred;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Office and MS Teams);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams (internally and globally).
