About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to join our team in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory management, transportation, customs and customer delivery performance while supporting production requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities for automotive components and finished products.

Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production schedules.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers.

Analyze logistics performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Execute the MPS to meet sales targets with minimal backlog and optimal cost/cash impact.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence. Coach and motivate the planning, procurement, and warehouse teams.

Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service levels.

Develop and execute logistics project plans, monitor project milestones to ensure customer requirements, timelines, and project objectives are achieved.

Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations by improving transportation routes, reducing lead times, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the supply chain.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of logistics management experience in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, transportation management, and warehouse operations.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics management software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Strong communication and  management abilities.

Fluent in English.
