Job Opening – Logistics Manager (Automotive Industry)

We are an automotive company specializing in assembly production, plastic injection molding, and electronic components, currently expanding our operations. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to coordinate and optimize the company’s entire logistics flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply, warehousing, and distribution activities
• Plan and optimize internal and external logistics flows
• Manage the relationship with customers (communication, deliveries, logistics requirements)
• Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for production
• Implement and improve logistics processes in line with automotive standards
• Lead and coordinate the logistics team
• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and planning departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, engineering, or economics)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes (MRP, supply chain)
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP)
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset
• Advanced English language skills
