Job Description – Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse & Trucks

Job Summary

The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between administrative and operational teams. He/she supervises workflows, monitors inventory and equipment, truck loading and acts as a key link between office and field operations while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
• Perform regular checks and sorting controls to ensure operational accuracy.
• Oversee activities in the customs area and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage truck loading activities

Inventory & Goods Management

• Monitor and ensure proper positioning of goods within the warehouse.
• Update inventory locations on a daily basis.
• Ensure accuracy and organization of stock in all zones.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main link between office teams and warehouse operations.
• Ensure that all internal communication is consistently conducted via Slack.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse worker team for system and operational support.
• Report daily activities, issues, and performance to the Operations Manager.

Equipment & Issue Management

• Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment.
• Report any breakdowns or technical issues promptly.
• Identify and report operational conflicts or issues within the team.

Support & Backup

• Provide backup support to administrative staff when needed.
• Ensure continuity of administrative and operational processes.
