Locksmith for rotating machines

Expert worker in the maintenance of rotating machines and plant components (valves, filters, separators, etc.), with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial plant maintenance sector.

• Responsibility:

• Autonomy in carrying out the work assigned by the foreman;
• Execution of activities within the times and in the manner indicated by the foreman;
• Report to your foreman, promptly and in real time, any problems encountered during the activities in progress;
• Before starting the activities, check the workplace and the presence of the correct safety conditions;
• Compliance with the general safety regulations and specifications of the various sites in which it will operate;
• After training and information, compliance with all the procedures of the establishment in which it will operate;
• After training and information, correct use of generic and specific PPE;

• Capacity:

• Knowledge of Italian / English;
• Working in a group / team;
• Correct use of manual tools (wrenches, hammers, etc.), torque wrenches (torque wrenches and torque multipliers) and electric / pneumatic tools (drills, grinding wheels, lapping machines, etc.);
• Use of measuring instruments (caliper, internal / external micrometers, bore gauge, etc.) and execution of geometric-dimensional surveys;
• Compilation of technical reports showing the surveys carried out;
• Understanding of a technical drawing, with identification of the parts to be replaced and requesting the foreman to complete the activities;
• Use of tools and equipment for aligning rotating groups (comparators and magnetic bases);
• Perform hot work (using a welding machine, torches, induction tools, etc.);
• Knowledge of PPE (use of suitable devices for each activity in progress);
• Knowledge of the procedures for the harnessing and handling of mechanical components and the relative conventional gestures that indicate the movements to be performed;
• optional- Use of overhead crane, forklift, hoists, ropes and slings, etc. (possibly with valid authorizations);
• optional - Use of hydraulic and / or oil-pressure equipment (jacks, hytorq-type power units, etc.);
• optional - Use of traditional machine tools (parallel lathe, universal milling machine, etc.).
