Passionate Literature Teacher – A Levels & IGCSE

We are seeking a dedicated Literature teacher with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for students’ intellectual development, to join our team starting on 24 August 2026.

Location: Voluntari, Ilfov County, Romania – 141 Pipera Boulevard
Role: Full-time position within the English Language and Literature Department (A Levels & IGCSE)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Literature/English or a related field, with appropriate pedagogical training.
• Experience teaching Cambridge curriculum (A Levels and/or IGCSE).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at lower and upper secondary levels.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to foster critical thinking and creative expression.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Advanced English proficiency (English is the language of instruction).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Literature lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive, individualized feedback.
• Encourage active participation, critical analysis, and independent thinking.
• Contribute to academic projects and collaborate with the teaching team.
