We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lean Coach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support operational excellence, and help cultivate a Lean culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Lean transformation initiatives across departments;
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping);
• Identify improvement opportunities and support problem-solving activities;
• Identify and lead Plant Cost initiatives as part of the P&L improvement;
• Develop and deliver training programs related to Lean practices;
• Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure sustainable improvements;
• Collaborate with leadership to align Lean strategy with business objectives;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
• Proven experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles;
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies;
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills;
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).
