Advanced Customer Services is the leading Oracle Support and Managed Services provider, and our business is growing. We are looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our global team in support of our lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a continuously fed pool of inbound leads, the qualification, nurturing, and routing of leads to sales representatives for further validation and closing.

The ideal candidate is a professional who is fearless in calling upon new customers to engage in a dialog to further qualify their interest. You must be able to translate customer needs into sales actions. This job is 100% global and 100% tele-based. A good understanding of sales metrics & best practices to increase the quality and quantity of qualified leads for the sales force resulting in stronger pipelines and increased revenue is desired. You should be coachable, results driven, and have a desire to win. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth transition of leads to sales.

A background in tech is necessary. You will speaking with Oracle Customers who are looking for additional services to help them along their journey to cloud, such as; SaaS support services, cloud transition services, services to support their hybrid estate etc. Candidates should have a good understanding of technology, industry trends, and market dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first interaction in fostering prospects, building trust, and rapport that leads to opportunity
  • Qualify leads from events, webcasts, website, social media, etc.
  • Continuously improve lead generation, nurturing, and lead qualification processes
  • Although you won’t have a sales quota – you should be comfortable knowing that the leads you qualify will be tracked through sales closure
  • Provide guidance to Go to Market team based upon learnings from customer conversations
  • Report outcomes on every customer engagement/phone call
  • Develop and report performance metrics. #Leads, #Calls, #Qualified Leads, #Leads nurturing, etc.
  • Ability to analyze multiple sales product pipeline data sets to create targets for lead qualification and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services and marketing campaigns
  • Establish winning relationships with regional Advanced Customer Services sales teams , XLOB product sales teams and business development professionals
  • Cold call customers based upon market analysis aligned to strategic initiatives – mine for your own leads
  • Suggest sales process improvements

Desired Skills and Experience:
