We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
What you will be doing
Market research - existent and potential
Research the potential customers/partners in the assigned market segment
Identify potential clients and reach out to customer leads through cold emailing and follow-up via emails and calls
Promote and sell
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Position Bannersnack by presenting cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing similar customers
Establish, develop and maintain rapport, a positive business and customer relationship
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments (. - marketing, product, customer success)
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a lead development/inside sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of CRM tools.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent knowledge of English – both writing and speaking; additional languages are a plus.
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop your career in sales internationally.
Comfortable to work in an intrapreneurial environment, managing changes and dealing with uncertainties; ability to handle rejections (specific to outbound activities).
One special requirement:
Ability to travel if needed – the company headquarters are in Oradea and you will be expected to spend a significant amount of time here.
