What we're looking for ?

We are looking for an experienced Lead Audiolog who wants to play a key role in building the clinical standards of a new hearing care network.

Strong experience in hearing aid fitting and patient counseling is essential.

What you will do ?

Your role will combine clinical work, team leadership and operational contribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Clinical work :

• Performing hearing assessments (pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry)
• Conducting otoscopy and tympanometry
• Evaluating hearing loss and identifying appropriate solutions
• Programming and fitting hearing aids using manufacturer software
• Managing hearing aid trial periods and follow-up adjustments
• Supporting patients during the adaptation process

Patient consultation :

• Explaining hearing loss and treatment options
• Recommending appropriate hearing solutions
• Promoting bilateral solutions when clinically appropriate
• Ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction

Clinical standards :

• Helping define and maintain clinical protocols
• Supporting the implementation of structured patient journeys
• Ensuring high-quality hearing aid fittings and documentation

Team support :

• Supporting onboarding and development of future audiologists
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
• Acting as a reference point for complex patient cases
• Participating as active stakeholder in the development of the business, horizontally and vertically.

Operations :

• Collaborating with management on workflow optimization
• Supporting recruitment and development of future team members
• Monitoring performance indicators and clinical quality
