We`re looking for a dynamic and motivated L1 Technical Support Analyst to join our Team in Iasi!
- Min. 1-year working experience in a service desk or ticketing area;
- Familiar with basic support and troubleshooting;
- A very good verbal and written English skills;
- Able to deal with high pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively;
- Customer-service and quality oriented;
- Inquisitive and creative in problem troubleshooting;
- Flexible, proactive and a great team-worker;
- Any background or previous experience in SAP ECTR, SAP MM, SAP HANA, STEP (Stibo systems), Data Maintenance knowledge, is a plus.
- Troubleshoot and solve tickets as first contact for business users related to password reset, login request, refreshing accounts, licencing, etc.;
- Respond to user queries, providing timely resolutions/updates to issues;
- Document issues and troubleshooting steps in the customer`s system following a customer predefined scheme/template;
- Analyse and fix missing products or product information including images, videos, documents related to engineering area in various data clients;
- Change material master data and BOM data in SAP;
- Solve authorization issues in STEP;
- Analyze and escalate tickets to L2 Technical Support;
