Inviting applications for the role of Learning&Development Coordinator with German-Relocation to Krakow
The ideal candidate has professional experience in payroll and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. In this role, you will be supporting the Germany & Austria market, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and administer learning and development programs, including leadership, professional skills, language, and onboarding training.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, assignments, user administration, and training records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and organize training initiatives.
• Organize training logistics, including participant registration, communication, and hotel and meeting room bookings for training programs and events.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
• Maintain knowledge management platforms and ensure training documentation, SOPs, and information articles are accurate and up to date.
• Execute training budgets, invoices, funding applications, and coordinate with Finance and other departments.
• Provide support for apprenticeship, onboarding, and talent development programs while handling employee inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative HR area (L&D experience would be a plus),
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and German and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms like SuccessFactors and Cornerstone.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools would be a plus,
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in maintaining e-learning content and training materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
