  • Absolvent studii universitare (Facultatea de Medicina, Stomatologie sau facultati similare constituie un avantaj)
  • Experienta in promovare medicala - minim 3 ani (experienta pe portofoliul de oncologie reprezinta un avantaj)
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere
  • Orientare spre atingerea obiectivelor
  • Entuziasm, spirit intreprinzator
  • Cunostinte operare PC: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Carnet conducere categoria B si disponibilitate pentru deplasari

Responsabilitatile postului:

  • Este responsabil de atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari prin promovarea si vanzarea consultativa a produselor din portofoliul alocat, conform strategiilor stabilite de companie
  • Promoveaza numele, imaginea si serviciile companiei in relatiile cu clientii
  • Stabileste, mentine si dezvolta relatii de afaceri cu distribuitorii agreati si cu toti clientii din zona arondata, prin vizite regulate (in functie de rute, necesitati si oportunitati)
  • Identifica oportunitatile de afaceri in zona de vanzari alocata, analizeaza activitatile concurentei si propune actiuni pentru crearea unui avantaj competitiv al produselor din portofoliu
  • Implementeaza planogramele specifice fiecarui producator, in conformitate cu strategiile de marketing
  • Implementeaza si monitorizeaza actiunile de marketing stabilite de Brand Manager la nivel de client
  • Participa la congrese, conferinte si manifestari stiintifice
