Key Account Sales Representative pentru Moldova - Ardeal:
• Maintain and develop client portfolio in industry
• Promote and sales company’s products to clients or prospects
• Reach goals and sales target
• Develop and maintain the relationship with clients
• Be able to design strategy and local approach in accordance with the company’s policies and clients’ feedback
-Develops and implements the sales strategy within a given geographical area in accordance with the company's principles and policies.
- Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends, and sales opportunities; prepare and presents periodically market analyses.
- Maintains high-level contacts with key accounts.
- Responsible for knowing the market within the given territory and industrial sectors. Monitors potential customers, development trends and sale opportunities.
- Either daily, weekly and /or monthly submits activity reports and report on achieved results. Analyses the results and market recommendations.
- Make proposals for product development and new product structure in response to customer needs.
Requirements in regard to soft skills, hard skills and educational background:
• 3+ years of experience in direct sales or distribution
• Result and client oriented
• Flexible, persuasive, competitive
• Team player
• Entrepreneurial spirit, will work easy with numbers
• Very good communication skills
• Fluency in English communication
• Driving license, ability to travel.
