As part of this dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager, located in Timisoara, to join our team.

💼 Your role:

• Manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Lead business reviews and commercial negotiations

• Handle RFQs, pricing, and project follow-up

• Support projects from quotation to production launch

• Monitor performance, margins, and business KPIs

🎯 Your profile:

• Experience in sales, ideally in industrial sectors (automotive, aerospace, etc.)

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills

• Self-motivated, responsible, organized and methodical

• Fluent in English, proficiency in Excel

• Engineering degree and management experience
