We’re looking for a Key Account Management Team Lead, to oversee and grow strategic client partnerships and manage the KAM team for our client, a leading gambling provider.

Main responsibilities

Oversee and lead the Key Account Management team, ensuring performance and goal achievement
Develop and implement strategies for managing and growing high-value client accounts
Build strong relationships with top clients and act as escalation point for major issues
Support, coach, and mentor Key Account Managers to improve skills and results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are met
Analyze market trends and client feedback to optimize account strategies
Report regularly to senior management on team performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

At least 4–6 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Senior KAM, or Client Relationship Manager role.
2–4 years of team coordination or leadership experience;
Experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry is a plus
Bachelor Degree in a related field
Good written and verbal communication in English
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Leadership abilities for guiding and developing a team of Key Account Managers
Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret performance reports
