Jurist with finance/accounting background

Full-time on-site in Arad

On behalf of our Swiss client Donau Consult Group CEE is seeking to fill the position "Jurist with finance/accounting background" to join the clients` office in Arad

Are you a legally trained professional (Jurist) with a solid background in finance or accounting? Are you ready to step into a matrix leadership role and become the central knowledge point for a growing team?

This role is on-site only and positioned to evolve into a management role, so being hands on with the team and daily operations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operational teams (excluding corporate functions)
• Serve as the key knowledge resource on legal and contractual issues
• Supervise KPI’s and maintain collaboration and compliance
• Contribute to local office management
• Help implement processes, workflows, and ensure regulatory alignment
• Part of the GDPR management team

Requirements:

• Language Skills: English; proficiency in German language is a plus.
• Law degree (required), with additional education in Finance or Accounting or payroll
• Proven track record in team leadership or operational management
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing and able to work 100% on-site in Arad (no home office)
• Strong understanding of business practices, culture, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
