About The Role

The  Junior Marketing Specialist is a key member of our global B2B Marketing and Lead Generation department, focused on identifying, enriching, and qualifying potential PayU customers for our global sales team. What you will be doing

  • Identify and qualify potential global customers through research based on location, type of business, size of business, industry, etc.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collect all relevant business information based on the company’s internal processes
  • Manage the inbound lead generation channel daily based on the company’s process
  • Enhance the lead generation prospect searching databases
  • Handle the lead generation flow in CRM
  • Work with Global Sales Reps to improve key lead generation metrics like conversion rate
  • Provide weekly and monthly lead generation activity reporting
  • Contribute to lead generation automation processes and customer journeys and all internal development activities within the team
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new lead generation opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams (. Customer Support, Salesforce, Marketing, etc.) to develop and monitor lead generation activities initiatives


What we are looking for

  • Area of study can be Economics, Marketing/Communication or a related field
  • Affinity with MS office applications (PPT, SharePoint)
  • English speaking (business level) - mandatory
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Prior experience in marketing it’s a plus
  • Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude
  • Have a passion for growth
