The Finance function in a corporate environment is becoming increasingly strategic, technology-driven, and focused on providing insights to support the business decision-making.

Based in Oradea, we are looking for a Junior Factory Controller (f/m/d) to join our Factory Finance Team!

This will be your impact:

  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial reports and executive commentary on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance to include storyline, risks and opportunities, and performance analysis.
  • Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks, which include but are not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly postings, and other required reporting deliverables for the department.
  • Responsible for entering, tracking, administration, updating and reporting productivity measures, by collaborating with other departments.
  • Assist in performing yearly cost calculations for factory manufactured products.
  • Data extraction from different tools/systems (e.g. SAP) and their consolidation and analysis as well as developing, automating and maintaining reporting templates.

  • You are a skilled graduate and have 1-2 years of experience in controlling or accounting.
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory as well as strong MS Excel skills.
  • You recognize digitization as an opportunity and productivity drive and are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions like Power BI.
  • You can use English on business level.
  • You have strong analytical skills; you are detailed oriented and enjoy working with large datasets.
  • You are willing to learn and open-minded.
  • You are a strong team player.
