Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Designer to join our digital marketing team and support day-to-day creative production.
In this role, you will focus on executing web and performance marketing assets, including banners, paid media creatives (META/Google), and assisting with landing page design. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You will work closely with experienced designers and marketers, gaining practical experience on real campaigns from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt web banners for digital marketing campaigns based on existing design concepts and brand guidelines
Resize and adjust creative assets into multiple formats and resolutions for various platforms (META, Google, display networks)
Support the design and layout of landing pages using predefined structures and design systems
Assist in producing visual assets for social media, paid campaigns, and website use
Ensure consistency across all materials by following brand guidelines and internal design standards
Prepare and export web-optimized assets under the guidance of senior designers
Collaborate with the design and digital marketing team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time
Manage multiple small to medium tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Requirements
0–3 year of experience in graphic or digital design (including internships, academic, or personal projects)
Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic familiarity with Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)
Portfolio showcasing relevant work (academic, personal, or freelance projects accepted)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines closely
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
Basic understanding of how designs translate into web (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus)
Good communication skills (English is a plus, depending on project requirements)
Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within a digital design role
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital advertising formats, best practices, and common banner sizes
Basic understanding of UI components and design systems
