About the Role:

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Marketing Team in projects related to the market share growth and the strengthening of the assigned brand. Moreover, you will contribute to support and develop the marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

• Supports the implementation and achievement of objectives, goals, strategies and measurements (marketing mix, consumer target groups, pricing)
• Market Analysis
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitors, brands and consumption trends
• Cooperates with the Market Research function to track brand performances (sell-in & sell-out data, pricing, stock levels, market share, etc.) and consumer behavior in order to identify challenges and recommend corrective actions.

Who we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Economics
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Understanding of different markets and cultures
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English
• Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (. pivot table, v-look up)
