Job Description This role exist within the IT Management Consulting practice, which provides Service Management expertise to support the organization in delivery of E2E services. The role is providing a guide and supervision of processes, proposal of improvements, maturity assessment, stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise development of Service Management solutions to meet client requirements, and to win business. • Support team to develop business opportunities • Assess client critical business challenges/initiatives and develop formal recommendations, proposals and ITO Solutions that help the client transform service management to achieve targeted objectives • Review and propose implement of Service Management (tools and process) solutions • Plan and manage discovery/ assessment activities for consulting engagements/teams • Deliver advisory services in ITIL processes • Develop appropriate communication vehicles (responsibility of stakeholders communication process) Key Skills and Experience: • ITIL Expert certification • Developing and delivering solutions. • Broad IT experience, including: Full development life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) IT service delivery management experience Demonstrated thought leadership through authorship (or participation in) white papers or presentation at conferences.
