We are seeking a curious, proactive, and strategy-driven IT Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the front line of our hiring strategy—hunting down top-tier passive talent, building diverse candidate pipelines, and turning cold leads into warm introductions for our Recruiters. Responsibilities

• Talent mapping & search: design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, professional networks, and creative online channels.
• Passive engagement: craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that engage passive candidates and ignite interest in our company and open roles.
• Pipeline building: maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Initial screening: conduct light pre-screening assessments to evaluate candidate fit, interest, and alignment before handing them off to the lead recruiter.
• Recruiter collaboration: work side-by-side with recruiters to understand job requirements, refine ideal candidate profiles, and adapt search strategies based on market feedback.
• Data & market intelligence: track outreach metrics (response rates, conversion rates) and provide market insights (salary trends, talent availability) to guide hiring strategy. 

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or agency research in IT services.
• Language skills: full fluency in English; French is an advantage.
• Sourcing mastery: hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and advanced Boolean search string building.
• Communication: excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Organization: strong candidate management skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience sourcing for European Institutions.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn.
