IT Systems Analyst
The IT Systems Analyst’s role is to drive the organization’s strategy by implementing and improving IT solutions and become a pioneer in the Organization’s Digital Transformation.
You will analyze system requirements, address relevant issues, and deploy high functioning IT Capabilities whilst effectively collaborating with your business stakeholders and internal or external development teams.
Job Responsibilities
•Participate in the evaluation, analysis and implementation processes of projects and provide optimal technical solutions for the systems under your responsibility based on the business requirements.
•Evaluate the impact of implementation in current IT Systems by following the Organization’s Global IT Principles and Standards.
•Collaborate effectively with business functions and internal/external development teams to deliver proper IT Solutions aligned with the Organization’s Strategy and Timeline.
•Agree and design QA Test Scenarios and Conditions with business counterparts for IT Solutions Sign-off.
•Constantly monitor the performance and loading of the systems under your responsibility and investigate, clarify, and offer solutions to technical problems.
Required competence, experience, and education
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Great Problem-Solving Skills and works well in a team.
•Curious about new technologies and driven to find ways to implement them in his work.
•Good knowledge of Project Management tools, methodologies, and best practices. (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
•Basic knowledge of ITIL. (Service and Change Management)
•Good knowledge of and experience with database technologies (Microsoft SQL, MySQL)
•Basic knowledge of and experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•Strong written and verbal English skills.
