The role of the HQ professionals is to provide expertise, advice, selection and implementation of customized IT solutions for client companies and to maintain the information framework at a high level of functionality, accessibility and performance.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a 100% on-site role in Brăila, supporting a major global leader in the agribusiness sector. You will serve as the primary local IT contact for users and coordinate directly with centralized IT teams to ensure seamless operational support.

We are looking for:

• A proactive professional based in Brăila, Galați, or surrounding areas. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role requiring physical presence at our Brăila facility, Monday to Friday during standard business hours.;
• A result-oriented person, adaptable to various situations and tasks, able to identify problems and to apply the best solutions;
• Good knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting ;
• Experience with desktop/laptop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office apps and standard enterprise applications troubleshooting ;
• Familiar with hardware, software and networking diagnostic tools;
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing principles to configure and troubleshoot network devices and connectivity issues;
• English level B1/B2;

The responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Printer troubleshooting;
• Deliver, install and configure systems including hardware, operating system and applications;
• Hardware and software diagnostics and resolution for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking and peripheral equipment;
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and collaboration tools;
• Perform user onboarding/offboarding activities;
• Address incidents, monitor ticket queue, and coordinate with others in technical support team;
• Communicate effectively with customers and peers;
