As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now looking for IT Support Consultants specializing in O365, Exchange, and Infrastructure to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This role involves providing technical support, system administration, and security operations across a global IT environment.
You will be responsible for Office 365 & Exchange hybrid support, Windows/Linux system administration, virtualization (VMware), endpoint security, and enterprise mobility management (JAMF). Additionally, you will play a key role in troubleshooting, monitoring IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless communication through email and web security solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Provide support and administration for Office 365 & Exchange hybrid environments
- Monitor system performance and detect anomalies using NewRelic
- Manage Windows Server and Linux system administration, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Oversee Enterprise Mobility Management (JAMF), including enrollment, deployments, and troubleshooting for mobile devices
- Troubleshoot MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Handle virtualization management (VMware), including resource creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Support global printing solutions, including driver installation, troubleshooting for Windows/Mac clients, and secure printing (Ysoft)
- Maintain and operate Email & Web Security solutions, including Anti-Spam management, message tracking, and security tools like EOP, Ironport, and PerceptionPoint
- Administer Endpoint Security Platforms (FortiEDR) to safeguard IT environments.
- Manage file-hosting services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Egnyte for seamless document access and collaboration.
- Maintain technical documentation to support internal processes and knowledge sharing.
Requirements (Your Technical Toolkit) - to succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 – Managing email systems, hybrid environments, and user support
- Windows Server & Linux Administration – Keeping critical systems running smoothly and securely
- Virtualization (VMware) – Setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting virtual environments
- IT Monitoring & Service Management – Using tools like NewRelic and ServiceNow to track performance and resolve issues efficiently
- Enterprise Mobility Management (JAMF) – Supporting and securing Apple devices across the organization
- Apple Ecosystem – Troubleshooting MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS to provide seamless user experiences
- Infrastructure & Networking – Understanding system architecture and ensuring stable, secure IT operations
- Endpoint & Email Security – Working with security solutions like FortiEDR, EOP, Ironport, and PerceptionPoint to keep data and communications safe
- Global Printing Support – Managing secure printing solutions like Ysoft, including troubleshooting and driver installations
- File Hosting & Collaboration Tools – Administering OneDrive, SharePoint, and Egnyte to streamline teamwork
- ITIL Framework – Applying best practices to ensure high-quality IT service management.
*Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools is a plus.
